Legs feel better today. I'm still feeling the post marathon burn. The hamstring feels a lot better today than it did yesterday. It's still a little cool in the morning so I had to wear a long sleeve shirt but I think that I will be able to wear shorts from now on. I'm going to keep all my runs easy this week then get in a couple of good weeks of training before Ogden. Total Time: 59:49 (8:33/mile) |
