Took the kids to the South Davis Rec Center turkey trot.  Ashton had a hurt knee and Gracie wasn't feeling well so it was a little slower than what I expected.  The 4 of us ran much of the race together so it was a good time.  Emma did beat her last 5k time by 30 seconds so it was a PR for her.  Really wish I would have put in some miles early in the morning so I can justify eating today.
