Super easy recovery run. I'm going to start throwing in a couple of recovery runs each week. My legs probably feel trashed all of the time because I haven't been very good about following the hard/easy principle.
I am starting to understand how you feel with your trashed legs. It seems like I am in constant fatigue mode right now and I do recovery pace runs every other day. I think the constant increase in overall mileage is what is killing me. I just never seem to have fresh legs anymore.
Once you taper for SGM you will start to feel better. When I am in the middle of training for a race, I only get concerned if my legs don't hurt.
