Nice recovery. Are you going to run outside tomorrow even if the air quality is unhealthy? I have not decided yet. Last time I did I got really sick, but I think I would die if I had to do 14 miles on the treadmill.

I can't decide about tomorrow. I don't want to run on Bountiful Blvd but running 15 in the muck would be a terrible idea.
