Ran out to the LPT for a good run in a light snowfall.  Kept the pace at 7:30/mile and felt good throughout.  Left ankle was a little sore at first but wasn't an issue once it warmed up.

I think I will run on the parkway tomorrow. Is it free of snow?

Other than a tiny patch of snow after one of the bridges, it is completely snow free. It looks like they moved all of the mile markers between 5 and 10 so that they are more accurate (4.5 to 5 was short and 10 to 10.5 was long).

You're like Curt Schilling. Maybe at your next big race you can put some ketchup on your sock.

Nice run in the snow. It was 54 degrees with no wind when I left my house at 3:30am today.

The shoes must have dried out! NICE pace for the MLR. Glad to hear the legs felt good. No blood or owie! :)

I am so envious of your good runs. Keep it up.
