One more rest day. Seems like the Achilles tendon is feeling better. I will test it tomorrow.

I feel like I have lost some of my die hardedness by taking a couple of days off and not pushing through the pain. I know it is for the best but it is killing me to see how nice the weather is and me not being able to be out there.
