Nice, leisurely run.  Perfect weather today so I just enjoyed being outside.  My Garmin appears to be dead so I have no idea what the pace was.  Don't know what I am going to do about the Garmin.  I have some aches and pains in my joints.  A storm must be coming in.

Nice run Andy. Just curious, do you have a goal time in mind for Ogden? You seem to be running well lately.

Nice run! Gotta enjoy the nice weather while we still have it. How old is your Garmin? I contact Garmin support when mine started to loose power and finally died. They quoted me $79 to have it sent and repaired. Last I checked the 205 was selling for $110 and the 305 for $150 on Amazon. May be an early Father's Day present? You seem to have an internal odometer-speedometer. You're literally a human garmin, you don't need that gadget to tell you how far and how fast you're running. :)

Jeff - My initial plan was to run sub-3 but with the missed training due to the achilles issues I'm not sure I have put the necessary miles in to get me there. I think I will still shoot for it but will start out more conservatively than I would have otherwise.

Smooth - I think my Garmin is 2 years old. I put it on the charger last night and it was completely dead this morning. I cannot even turn it on. Since my training is winding down, I think I am going to get a regular watch to hold me over for a few months.

Awesome job on the run. Yeah, I hear there is some rain coming.

My Garmin is 2 years old, too. I can't even remember the last time I used it. probably at Painter's. I don't even know where the charger is.

I'm on my 3rd Garmin over the last 5 years. The first 2 died or developed major issues in under 2 years of service. The most recent one is at 18 months and counting. At least they last longer than a pair of running shoes, right?

Andy ~ Try pressing mode and reset at the same time and hold for 10 seconds to see if it will power up. If not, put the unit back on the cradle while charging press the power button. That's what I had to do when the unit freezes up. Something about resetting the battery memory. Go to Garmin website, it has some FAQ that might be helpful.

My Garmin wigged out in Boston and I almost panicked. Luckily I was able to reset it. Then I forgot to set the autosplits, so I ended up running by feel anyways. Good luck with yours.

You are a life saver, Smooth. The hard reset got it started again. Now I am hoping the battery will charge.
