No, I didn't have time to drive and didn't think a recovery run on Bountiful Blvd was a good idea. My thought process was that since it was a recovery run I wasn't breathing hard enough for it to be too big of an issue. The air didn't seem that bad for the middle half of the run.

How's your brain feeling today? It's probably all that nasty air you guys have been breathing.

It was sunny, clear skies, very slight breeze and a high of 72 yesterday here in Havasu. Sounds like some of you guys need to come down for a vacation so you can get some good running in. :)
