My legs were still sore this morning.  It hit me during the second mile that my shoes are approaching 600 miles which explains why my legs are starting to act up.  I really need to pay closer attention to the miles on my shoes.  After 3 miles I thought I would try a few quicker miles to see if it would wake my legs up.  Ran the next 4 at: 7:00, 6:50, 6:40, 6:40.  Each mile felt better and the 6:40 miles felt just as good as the 7:00 mile.

Very nice that the 6:40s felt so good. That is the pace I'm hoping to run as my MP in Boston. 26.2 at that pace scares me for now though.

I think you said the same thing about 6:50 before you ran that at SGM. You ran 9 at 6:48 3 days after running 26.2. You will be fine.

Okay ... Thursday ... where do you work? What good eating places are close by? Kathie, Smooth and I are eaters ... we don't want any foofoo food. :)

If Kathie needs to go to Ikea and you and Smooth are out that direction why don't we meet around there somewhere. You can pick a place that is most convenient for you and I will meet you there. I'm starting to get the feeling that this is going to be some kind of intervention.

My office is in West Valley so it will only take 15 minutes to get out there. There are probably better choices there anyway and we won't have to worry about stray bullets.
