Just taking it easy until Saturday. My ankles are very sore this morning. A coworker is sick and of course I have been paranoid and think that I am starting to get sick. I'm sure it is nothing but will start taking Airborne just in case.
Phantom pains and thoughts of illness. Argh I hate that. I feel odd pains and such before races too. I am sure its just your body repairing itself. Keep up with your taper and rest up. Good idea on taking the Airborne. I might have to do that too.

I think the U.S. Olympic team might have some left-over face masks you can get.
Have a good race then, I plan on doing that race next year and bypassing Hobble Creek.
