Legs not feeling great this morning. Just kind of sore all over. Ran the 4th mile in 6:30 just to make sure that I could. It felt a little forced but wasn't too bad.

I never lie! But smoothology is known to be unreliable!!! Sean Sundwall had a 44 bib at the last Olympic Trial...the person who died there was Ryan S.
