Just put it in cruise control and headed out to the LPT for the usual 14 miler. Sore for the first 3 miles then loosened up and felt good.

Usual 14 miler. Nice!!! Hey, are we still meeting at Rumbi at noon?

I haven't heard otherwise so I am planning on being there.

How was the soda today?! I have been doing the same thing lately. It is so hot that it just feels great to kick back a DP or Cherry Pepsi after mowing the lawn!

No soda for 2 days and I feel good for the most part but every once in awhile I feel completely exhausted. I agree, that there is no better way to celebrate completing yard work than with a sugar and carbonation. I think I will limit myself to one per week just so I don't go crazy.
