It was cold enough for a long sleeve shirt this morning. This is the perfect weather for running. My legs are a little beat up (especially my ankles and hamstrings). I wanted to run a little hill work so I ran up to Davis Blvd. Going uphill felt good and in control but when I started coming back down I couldn't get control of my form. I think that since my ankles are sore, I am unable to get a good push off which throws everything else off. |
