It felt very warm this morning. The temperature wasn't that high so I'm not sure why it felt so warm. My feet and ankles were pretty sore for the first couple of miles. My foot was bothering me most of the day yesterday.
Hey Andy, I know what you mean about it feeling warm this morning. I'm in Farmington and yeah, it seemed like the warm air just sort of stuck to me. Also, I was running in the foothills and could see that it was very smoky everywhere, probably from the fire in Draper yesterday. Tommorrow morning it's supposed to get down below 60 degrees. That'll feel great!
Good job on the marathon Saturday, sounds like you really toughed it out!
