It felt a little colder this morning.  Will it ever warm up?  Ran 3 comfortably paced miles then ran 2 miles at marathon pace.  Felt alright but the faster pace aggravated my hamstring.  Ran 4 more easy paced miles and felt good.  I have to try to convince myself that if my leg starts to be a problem on Saturday that it is alright to back off the pace and just put in the miles.  Ogden is the main goal this spring so I shouldn't compromise that race by being foolish this week.

My daughters turn 6 today.  Happy Birthday Emma and Gracie!  We are going to take them to dinner at Tepanyaki tonight.  Should be a lot of fun.
