I felt pretty good when I started out but the fatigue set in pretty quickly.  I'm only a little sore but my legs feel very heavy.

Andy, I'm going to take the only win I've ever got over you where I can. The AgeGrade for St. George gives me 70.7% and you, my slacker friend, "only" got 70.3%.

One other thought, you should encourage Rhett to blog (or pass on my encouragement). He was a nice addition to SGM, and I would enjoy following his training.
