I didn't have a lot of energy this morning.  Work is going to be crazy for the next couple of weeks so I am not expecting to be on top of my game.  Pain in the left foot is getting worse.

take an easy day if you need to get that foot better. You must have really smacked it around on that trail. Where does it hurt?

It feels like it is the plantar fascia. It's not horrible and is usually alright after 2 miles so I will keep plugging away. I think I just wasn't used to the uneven footing of the trail and strained it.

Good luck with the foot. Maybe with the crazy work schedule it will be a good time to back off a bit on the miles. I hope it heals quickly.
