I decided to follow Kory's advice and use yesterday as a rest day. Drove to the LPT and did a 9 mile out and back. Found where I went wrong and ended up on the wrong trail the last time I ran this far out on the LPT (thanks JD). My legs are feeling really good. My achilles tendons and right ITB were tender at the beginning of the run but felt good once I warmed up. There still is not a lot of snap in my legs but the recovery is coming along well. |
