Had to start at 4 am because my girls have a soccer tournament this morning.  A very uneventful run.  I just headed out the door, turned my brain off and put it in cruise control.  Part way into the run I decided to run to downtown Salt Lake since I have never done it before.  Will probably never do it again.  Quite possibly the most visually unappealing run I have ever done.  Physically, I felt really good.  The miles went by quick and I was done before I knew it.

A lot could go wrong over 22 miles, so uneventful is a good thing. Nice running!

4 am? I thought I was doing good by waking up at 4:40 this morning. Good run. You seem to be in really good shape.

Yeah, Beck Street's a real visual delight isn't it? Cool that you ran from Woods Cross to S.L. though!

The funniest part was running by Southern Exposure at 5 am and seeing the "ladies" just leaving work.

Did the ladies wink at you???? :) :) :)

How is the tournament going?

AWESOME 22 miler!!! Oh, how would it be to say: '.... the miles went quick and I was done before I knew it'?

DANG!!! You are amazing!!!

Please tell me that you are still planning on pulling me through the last 10K. I am so intimidated by this race.

Not exactly the kind off ladies I want winking at me. Yes, I still am planning to run the last 10k with you as long as I can keep up.

WOW!!! 22 miler on cruise control from Wood Cross to Salt Lake...and you made it sound like brushing teeth!

Teena ~ don't kill Andy on your last 10K...I need him to come save me from the death march!!! Yes? Andy? Please???

I always enjoy running a new course even when it is visually unappealing. Way to get it done early so you could be at your girl's games.
