Got out for a super easy run to help clear the mind.  I almost fell over with my first step because my left hamstring did not want to cooperate.  It started to loosen up in the middle of the run so I am glad that I got out.  Towards the end of the run, the front of my lower left leg started to hurt as well.  The pace was around 10:00/mile.

Give yourself a well deservered break this week. Even if you don't need one physically, it will recharge you mentally. Are you still thinking about the Grand slam? I am toying with the idea.

I'm still considering the Grand Slam. I've crashed the last 2 marathons that I have run so it might be a good idea to get in a couple of "no pressure" races.

No pressure races are the best!!

Hang in there Andy. I think over time you'll see that race in a different perspective and realize you did really well!

Andy, I've been lurking and keeping track of you and some of the others. I'm impressed that you managed to do all you do. I need to get serious so I'm back on the blog.
