Good thing I don't wear a watch during recovery runs because I would hate to know how slow I was running today.  My right hip is really bothering me.  Probably just adjusting to the change in how my miles are distributed.  Perfect weather for running this morning.

After yesterday you need a good recovery. You are smart to leave your watch at home and just relax. I hope the hip pain works it way out soon.

I sure hope the recovery run did some good for you!!! Mine was GROSS!!! I do not feel RECOVERED at all! :)

Nothing stops you -- you will figure the hip thing out. Don't forget to stretch!!! :)
