Felt pretty good today. Ran a little faster than I usually do for long runs and felt pretty good doing it. I got a couple of hours more sleep last night which might have been the reason. Ran the last mile in 6:37 to get the overall average below 7:30/mile.

Avg HR = 157

Total Time = 1:33:28

Looks like you are also getting into the game of catching whatever guy happens to be within your reach on the last mile. That's a fun game - takes boredom out of an easy run, and allows you to test your fitness daily a bit to see which guy you feel like catching, and how easily he comes to you once you decide to go.

What was your HR on the last mile?

I miscalculated where I was with 2.5 to go and thought the 7:30 guy was too far ahead. I was a little surprised to see that my average was under 7:30. My heart rate was around 172-175 most of the last mile but was 180 at the end. Average was probably around 175-177.
