Easy recovery run.  Another morning of perfect weather.  Physically, I felt really good this morning and wanted to push it but knew that an easy paced run was more appropriate.  I had a lot to think about during the run which made the time go by quickly.

I love this weather! I wish it could last longer than it does! I hope the things you have to think about are happy things!

Not happy things right now but they will eventually be.

I hope things turn around for you. Just remember to keep your faith in God.

Also very nice run your doing great in the grand slam. What's your goal for TOU.

Kory - I'm hoping to just slip under 3 hours at TOU.

I'm pondering running TOU, but don't know if it would be good for me yet. I only want to use it has a good training run and wanted to run around 3 hours or less.
