Another toughie.  Saturday is not looking good.  I am actually considering a DNS.

Good luck getting over the momentary funk Andy. No shame in taking the DNS Saturday if that's what your body says it needs.

I second Tom's thoughts.

Yes do what your body says, but I still think you could rock the race...maybe even win the whole thing!

No need to decide till the morning of. What runs do you have planned for the next 2 days?

You had me tempted to run in Davis county on Saturday but I think I should pass. I have a 21 mile LSR planned. I need to remember what I'm training for- Boise in October.

Fly - Looks like you are a week behind me on the Pfitz schedule. I'm just running this week without even looking at the schedule. I am going to have to make some modifications to the schedule to compensate.

By Satruday you may have you mojo back if you take a couply easy days before then. Good luck.

From Smooth on Wed, Jul 21, 2010 at 18:00:35 from 174.23.218.43

I second Rhett.

I'll bet you'll win it even if you treat it as a tempo run.
