You had me tempted to run in Davis county on Saturday but I think I should pass. I have a 21 mile LSR planned. I need to remember what I'm training for- Boise in October.

Fly - Looks like you are a week behind me on the Pfitz schedule. I'm just running this week without even looking at the schedule. I am going to have to make some modifications to the schedule to compensate.
