Another run on the LPT.  It was very dark out and I had a hard time seeing the trail.  I veered off of it several times.  I guess I need to start wearing my head lamp.  My legs are a little sore but are getting better.  Ran 2 miles at MP just to remind the legs what it feels like.

Be careful out there Andy! Get that head lamp on and don't be rolling any ankles. Glad to hear the legs are getting better. One week to go.
