After reading the blog this morning and realizing how many people
ran yesterday, I really felt like a slacker. After the kids opened
their presents yesterday, I looked out the window and it was really
beautiful with all of the fresh snow. I was really itching to go
running but couldn't pull myself away from Guitar Hero III. Today,
I felt really good after I got warmed up. I was lazy through the first
3 miles but then was able to push a little harder the last 6. Averaged
7:05/mile for the last six mile and the pace felt very comfortable. I
guess the decreased mileage over the past couple of weeks has made
running a quicker pace easier. Total Time: 1:06:00 (7:20/mile)
