A lot of wet, slushy snow on the road. Felt pretty good today. Taking it easy last week seemed to get me back on track. Included 10X20 second strides (supposed to be 100 meters but it is easier to go by time). Pushed the pace the last mile to get the overall average pace to 7:15. Came home and got in a good upper body workout by clearing the driveway of the heavy slushy snow. Avg HR = 162 Total Time = 57:45 (7:13/mile) |
