Really, really did not want to run this morning.  I was tired, it was cold and I almost gave into the lack of motivation.  Bundled up and headed out the door.  Felt surprisingly good during the run.  Ran north on the LPT all the way to Station Park.  They have extended the LPT on the north end and I assume that it connects to the Kaysville trail.  Since it connects to the JRP on the south end, we now have a trail system that extends from Utah county to the north end of Davis county.  Might be a fun adventure to run it from end to end someday.  Averaged a little under 8:00/mile for the entire run.  Second half was quite a bit faster than the first.

Merry Christmas to all of my running buddies.

Nice run!

the LPT keeps going north from the station about 2 tenths of a mile. from there it's a pretty easy jog west, probably less than half a mile, on the road before you can hop onto the kaysville trail.

have a great christmas!

It will be cool to run it from end to end some day!

GREAT run with faster 2nd half.
