My legs felt a little stiff and sore this morning so I kept the pace really easy.  I think that my legs are sore because of the storm that is coming in tomorrow.  They always seem to act up when there is a change in the weather.

Great job man. 8 miles in and nice and easy. It is tring to snow a bit here now. I hope it hits the mountains hard. Looking forward to skiing up there and not on the running trails.

Saw someone at the gym today (didn't get his name) who knows you, the actuary, at work. Small world.

So you have your own weather barometer in your legs. Cool. Does that mean your getting older? LOL Nice run.

Paul - It was probably Doug. How on earth did you not get his name but found out I worked with him?

Funny what our legs tell us. My own weather barometer is found in my arthritic joints. Andy Boy, you're too young for that.
