Started off with some push ups then ran to the park and did a couple of pull ups (it was ugly). Ran a little bit more then came home and did some more push ups. Maybe I need to add a little more structure to my workout.
I have a roman chair in my basement where I try to do my pull ups and also where my teenagers and husband can laugh at me. I don't think you can do a pull-up without making a funny face. Maybe I should go to the park where at least I could bring laughter to a stranger.
Good job Andy. I did a few pullups at the gym this morning and it felt terrible. Maybe this whole pullup thing is over rated. How did we let Teena talk us into this? On the brighter side, stregth training will help us be better runners.
Oh yeah ... I actually think it was Fly's idea (although he might have been kidding). I just steal cool ideas and act as if I came up with them myself!! (btw, do you or Andy have any super sweet ideas?)
I am still being a slacker on doing the pull ups. I will have to break out a few when I find a good spot. Maybe I will have to stop by the monkey bars tonight at the park.
I'm pretty sure it's on my blog for November 28th. You can tell me wherever though ... I will add it!!
Let's see what you can do Fly!! :)
