Eight miles on the LPT with Tara. Feeling a little off but need to keep at it. I don't want to fall into the same trap I did last year.

I think it is just that time of year when running feels a litte off and kind of forced. The weather kinda sucks, there is nothing to train for, ect... Just put the miles in and remember that you will always feel better afterwards. :) Thats what I tell myself every morning and it is true - I do always feel better after a run.
