This week is going to be a "just running" week. I'm not doing any speedwork or tempo runs. I will keep everything at a comfortable pace and only run as far as feels right for that day. I have 3 weeks until training for Boston starts and I want to go into it without any nagging injuries.

Thanks. I haven't set a goal time yet. I will most likely shoot for something around 3:10. With it being a spring marathon, a 10:00 a.m. start and unpredictable weather, I don't think that I will be able to run much faster than that.
