A new month and time to get back into it. October was a nice and relaxing break but I need to get serious again. One of the things that I am going to start doing (have actually done it for a couple of weeks) is to run the last couple of miles of each run a little faster than normal. I usually just lock into a pace and stay with it for the entire run. This has caused me to get comfortable and perhaps a little lazy. I think it is important to get more used to a slightly faster pace.
My left foot is hurting from the trail run. I must have bruised it on the rocks. It was alright after a couple of miles but it is a little bothersome.
