Ran to the rec center to meet with the running club but nobody was there.  Not sure if the run was canceled or if they met somewhere else.  I saw a couple of the group on the LPT so maybe they met there instead this week.  The weather was perfect for a run this morning.  My legs really started to fatigue towards the end of the run and I think that running TOU as hard as I did may have been a mistake.  I'm definitely not recovering as fast as I had hoped.

Just take it super duper easy next week and you will be fine. The year I did TOU and SG 2 weeks apart I hardly did anything the 2 week in between alittle running and some swimming and called it good. And had my best SG after a PR in TOU. Sleep is more important than running:)

I wish I knew how to figure all this out. As you know, I'm tending to err on the side of not enough taper, but will try to recover this week.
