I don't know what the deal is but I am not firing on all cylinders when it comes to running.  I will continue to take it easy until it comes back.  At least the mornings are beautiful so it does not feel like a chore to get outside.

Running is strange sometimes, isn't it? One day it feels we can run forever and the next it seems to be a struggle. I'm glad the weather is getting nicer in the mornings.

That was how I felt this morning on my run...couldn't shift gears at all...the engine almost stalled a few times.

I'm sure with a little TLC all your cylinders will be tuned up and ready to rock in no time!
