Apparently I used up all of my pep yesterday.  I was very tired this morning.  It took a lot of convincing to get myself out the door.  I can't get into the habit of skipping runs so I forced myself out the door.  Not the greatest run but it was a nice, crisp morning and it felt good to be outside.

Great job getting out there. Crazy weather. Yesterday with snow and today looking sunny and bright.

Good job Andy. I know what you mean. I didn't exercise the last 4 days and it was really hard to convince myself to go to the gym today.

I feel your pain.

Running in that crazy storm yesterday would zap anyone's pep.

I don't think you ever get out of the habit of running...you're Mr. Consistent! 8 is great!

The pep will come back with the sun I think!

Especially a harem lunch!

That was my attempt at a not so subtle hint.
