I decided to take it really easy this morning.  It was snowing and I didn't have a ton of energy so I just put in a few easy miles.  I guess that it's better than not running which is what I wanted to do.

Total Time: 47:25 (7:54/mile)

I know exactly how you feel. I have felt that way the last two mornings and have still decided to log some miles. I think it will pay off in the long run. Good job getting out.

Good job gutting out the miles. Seems like everyone is having a tough week with low energy levels. Maybe we're just all so tired of winter and just plain tired of running in lousy conditions.

Good job Andy. I've had similar days lately, but i'm always happy later that I ran, even though it's a real chore just to get thru it at the time.
