Nothing exciting about today's run. Just putting in some miles. I stopped to stretch my hamstrings after 7 miles and I couldn't believe how tight they were. I guess that I need to start working on them a little more.

Andy are you running the SLC 10K tomorrow?

Also I was looking at your profile and running accomplishments. Looks like we're not too far apart in terms of fitness level, speed, etc. Although I still haven't yet gone under 19 for 5K for 39 for 10K. Hopefully 2008 will be another PR-filled year for both of us.

I'm not running SLC tomorrow. My racing season starts next week with the Strider's 5K. Your training has been great and you will definitely have a break through year this year. I've been trying to maintain my mileage through the winter but haven't done much more than just base building. I'm hoping to kick things back into gear.

Hey Andy- Nice to meet you! Looks like you're gearing up for Spring race season? I bet those cute kids have been keeping you busy this winter?
