Perfect temperature for running.  Not often that you can say that in January.  Started with 3 easy miles then ran 5 LT miles.  Pace was erratic and the last 2 were too slow.  Splits were: 6:26, 6:19, 6:28, 6:38, 6:35.  While I am disappointed that I could not hold the pace for the last 2 miles, I am happy with the fact that I finished the workout.  I knew during the 3rd mile that it was not going to end well and really wanted to stop.  Cooled down with 1 mile in a torrential downpour.  Crazy weather.

You were on LPT and I was on BST. I watched that cloudburst move over the mountain and head west. I missed most of it, and I guess it hit you. One of these Saturdays when you are looking for a recovery run, we should meet up on the Parkway. You'd take it easy and I'd run faster than usual.

Kam - Our training paces are probably not that different.
