I really did plan to get in a good run this morning but I got a late start and with the kids going back to school today I had to be home early.  My legs didn't feel right for some reason.  There was a lot of soreness and they were not moving the way they should.  While passing through the road construction I wasn't paying attention and stepped on the edge of the road and rolled my ankle.  The pain seemed pretty bad at the time but after a couple of minutes I was able to start running again and without too much trouble.

I just realized that this is my last week before Ogden training starts.  I will try to enjoy my last week of unstructured running.  Fortunately Huans mentioned that registration was filling up fast because it looks like I registered just before it filled up.

Way to sneak in at the end of registration. I'm glad your ankle roll wasn't anything serious. I'm excited to see how your training for Ogden goes.

Whew! Glad you dodged the bullet, both on the ankle roll and the Ogden registration. It filled up last night! I'm excited to "watch" your training for Ogden too! WooHoo!!! :) :) :) :)

P.S. I'm good to go at noon on Thurs. Let me know where, okee dokee?

Glad to hear your ankle is not too bad. I am going to be watching your Ogden training too...I might steal some of your super secret training moves.

Don't get too excited. My training is very boring.
