I'm moving my long run to tomorrow so I just put in a good GA run today.  Finished the run before it got too hot.  First few miles were a little tough but felt good once I got into a flow.  Today will be another day full of softball games.  I love that my girls are on such a great team but it sure makes for a long tournament when they keep winning.
