I can not believe how sore my legs are. I was planning on getting back up to my 10 miles/day schedule but my legs refused. I'm just going to take it easy this week so my legs can fully recover then hit the training hard.
Those downhill WBR legs are just ruthless, especially when you have to run one for legs 1 or 2.
