Fun run up to Elephant rock. A little muddy and sloppy towards the top but other than that it felt great. Pushed the pace coming down and was able to generate good leg turnover.

It's a trail up Mueller Park canyon in Bountiful. It is a relatively easy trail run so it's a lot of fun.
