AM-since it's spring break we ran in the morning for our workout, today it was 4×1600s my goal time was 5:25ish, I was really disappointed in my performance today because I have been doing so well for the last week or so and then all the sudden I hit a huge freakin wall! My times where 5:33 5:33 not sure third one cuz I couldn't seem to see my watch correctly, and then the last one I ran mostly on my own and got 5:37, I don't know if its because its the morning and I haven't eaten yet but whenever we do a workout in the morning I just do awful, I get awful stomach aches and then when I'm running fast I can't seem to breath, and today didnt feel like i had much energy in my legs, its frustrating and slows me down, but am hoping that I can make tomorrow a better run, that im gonna have to do alone since I'm going camping at red cliffs with my family today. |
