Married, no kids, 3 cats. Grew up in AZ. Now I live in New England.
Easy run on Middle Road and my calf didn't hurt. 4.07 mile. 32:35. 8:00/mile. 141 BPM. I've got about a month until my 1/2 marathon. My goal is just to stay healthy until race day!
Easy run at the 1/2 mile track. 2 miles, .5 mile walk, 2 miles. 4.62 miles. Taking it really easy to ensure I come back from my calf strain w/o a relapse.
3 mile threshold run at the 1/2 mile track. 6:26, 6:19, 6:18. A little on the quick side. I probably could have kept going for a couple more miles. A good effort, I'm getting a little better at cruising at faster paces. 2 wu, 1 cd.
