I didn't do much of a warmup today and I can feel the difference.  I'm probably also a little sore from running 10+ miles yesterday for the first time in 9 or 10 months.  I ran the same course in NW Tucson on mainly flat dirt roads.  I picked it up again on the middle 3 miles: 6:41, 7:10, 6:55.  Overall, a good run but I need to back off a bit tomorrow.  The gameplan is to only run easy pace (<75% max HR) for another 6 weeks or so.  6.54 miles. 47:44. 7:18/mile. 147BPM.

Last run in Tucson for a while.  I fly back to Vermont this evening.  I've run a little harder than planned for the last few days.  I'm sure it had something to do with the excitement of being back on the old running paths from 20 years ago.  I figure I logged somewhere over 10,000 miles on these roads back "in the day."  I kept the pace easy today.  6.57 miles, 51:16. 7:48/mile. 138BPM.

Back in Vermont.  50 degrees with 25 MPH winds.  I opted to run inside.  15 minutes on the AMT for a warm up followed by lunges and stretches.  It's been almost 2 weeks since I've done a full warm up.  6 miles on the indoor track.  47:36. 7:56/mile.  132 BPM
