Back to the gym. I stepped on teh scale for giggles. I weighed 176 this morning. A full 5 pounds more than last week. I know it's not a true weight gain per se, but I can feel every extra ounce!
20 minutes on the AMT followed by some stretching and 40 minutes easy running. 5 miles. No calf pain, but my calves were starting to feel a little weak by the end.
