Ran to the Capitol from my house, was in reality 7 miles but because of the hills and elevation it was probably more like a 9 mile effort. Felt good, a little hot because we waited till later in the day.

Drove to WX to do 10x150m strideouts, did my first 4 with weights.

Easy 8 miles on Skyline, but the time equated to about 12 miles worth. Felt nice, got up to the 3 mile mark in 8:28.

Spent the night in Park City with Matt, Dallin, and Taylor, then ran on Mid-Mountain with the guys. Super fun run, one of the funnest in a while.
