AM - Workout. 8 miles total. 2 mile warmup then straight into 3 x mile at marathon pace with a full mile recovery in between, followed by 1 mile cooldown. Hit the miles at 6:19, 6:15, 6:14. It was tough to get moving this morning, probably b/c it was cold and early. Jake and I are speaking at the LDR Circuit Banquet tonight. Hopefully we don't bore everyone!
Weighed in today for our Project "0" Program at work. The goal is to not gain any weight through New Years, and you get $25 if you can do it. Good thing I drank a ton before because it's going to be hard to stay at my marathon weight.
